Water Testing Finds Safe Lead Levels

The Mehlville School District received the results of lead testing on its drinking and cooking water, and of the 63 water samples tested for lead only one exceeded the Environmental Protection Agency limit of 15 parts per billion.

Our Mission Statement

The mission of the Mehlville School District is to ensure that all students reach their potential by preparing them to be lifelong learners and responsible citizens through a dynamic curriculum, student-centered instruction, a safe and nurturing environment and community collaboration.

Located in south St. Louis County, the Mehlville School District encompasses all or part of the unincorporated communities of Mehlville, Oakville, Concord and Lemay.  Through its dedication to providing institutional excellence, fiscal responsibility and community benefit, this fully accredited District serves the educational needs of nearly 11,000 children in a growing community of more than 90,000 residents within a 44-square-mile area.
